Clarke's 2026 Re-Election Announcement
Councillor Kelly initiated and championed the 2024 City of Ottawa Rural Summit, our first in over 15 years, to improve services for rural communities.
He held multiple Summit workshops to address rural concerns like road infrastructure and emergency services, culminating in a November 2024 summit with City leadership.
Rural Summit
Proven Leadership
West Carleton-March has always been Councillor Kelly's home, so serving his community the past four years has been a labour of love.
When our community has faced weather or flood alerts, Councillor Kelly not only responded with timely communications, guidance, and information, but also by rolling up his sleeves alongside volunteers to help protect our homes.
Commitment to Ward 5
Born and raised right here in West Carleton-March, Clarke's mission is simple: to make sure our rural voice is never drowned out at City Hall. Over the last four years, he has fought for better roads, brought back the Rural Summit, and worked to build a stronger, more connected community, while protecting the unique rural heritage that makes our community home. Let's keep moving forward together.
